精神科程式化健康教育对精神分裂症患者康复的作用 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨精神科程式化健康教育对精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法 120例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为2组:研究组62例,按精神科程式化健康教育;对照组58例,采用常规护理方式。采用护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)3种临床常用量表进行评定。结果 NOSIE量表得分提示,结束时2组在多数因素得分方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ITAQ量表得分提示,从第二次到结束时,2组在自知力和对治疗的态度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);SSPI量表得分提示,2组在结束时,除自己照料、社会性退缩2项差异无统计学意义外,其余各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科程式化健康教育可以有效缓解精神分裂症某些症状,使患者能更清楚地认识自己的疾病状态,有效改善患者受损的社会功能。 Objective To explore the effects of programed health instruction on schizophrenes rehabilitation in department of psychiatry. Methods A total of 120 schizophrenes were randomly divided into study group(62) and control group (58). The schizophrenes in the study group were received the programed health instruction and that in the control group were adopted usual nursing care. All the patients were assessed by Nurses" Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) , Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ) and Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI). Results The results of NOSIE indicated that the scores of many factors were significant difference between two groups after treatment(P〈0.05). There were significant difference at self-control and altitude to treatment of ITAQ between two groups ( P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01 ). Except for selfcare and sociality recession, the other scores of SSPI had statistically significance between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The programed health instruction in department of psychiatry can release some symptoms effectively and make the patients realize their morbid state more clearly to improve the patients" impaired social function efficiently.
