摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了7种龙舌兰属植物提取物对胶孢炭疽病病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和香蕉炭疽病病菌(Calletotrichum musae)的抑菌活性。结果表明,在质量浓度10、5 mg/m L下处理72 h,7种龙舌兰属植物提取物对两种炭疽病病菌均有很强的抑菌活性。其中,H.11648、广西76416、有刺番麻和番麻对两种炭疽病病菌抑菌率均为100%,普通剑麻、粤西114和灰叶剑麻对两种炭疽病病菌抑菌率为77.78%~100%。毒力测定表明,有刺番麻对胶孢和香蕉炭疽病病菌抑菌效果最显著,有效中浓度(EC_(50))分别为0.027 7 mg/m L和0.048 2 mg/m L,其次是广西76416,有效中浓度(EC_(50))分别为0.093 4 mg/m L和0.240 9 mg/m L。
Antifungal activity of methanol extract from 7 species of Agave spp. plants against two kinds of plant pathogenic fungi (CoUetotrichum gloeosporioides and Calletotrichum musae) was determined by mycelium growth rate method. The results indicated that methanol extract from 7 species of Agave spp. plants showed high inhibitory activity against two kinds of plant pathogenic fungi in 72 h after treatment at 10 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL. Inhibition rates of H.11648, A. hybrid 76416, A. americana L.var. and A. americana L. against C. gloeosporioides and C. musae were all 100%, and those of A. sisalana Perrine., A. hybrid, Yuexi No.l14 and A. fourcroydes Lem were from 77.78% to 100%. A. americana L.var. showed the most notable effect against C. gloeosporioides and C. musae with EC50 values of 0.0277 mg/mL and 0.0482 rag/ mL. And the second was A. hybrid 76416, with EC50 values of 0.0934 mg/mL and 0.2409 mg/mL.
