糖耐量减低患者记忆及相关脑区激活改变的探讨

摘要 目的探讨并分析糖耐量减低(IGT)中年患者与糖耐量正常(NGT)受试者的记忆功能及工作记忆任务下的脑区激活改变。方法对13例IGT患者和19名NGT受试者进行相关实验室检查、记忆评估和工作记忆任务下的功能性磁共振检查,比较两组间记忆功能及脑激活图。结果IGT患者的视觉再生、触觉、理解等短时记忆功能较NGT受试者减低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);IGT患者右侧颞叶、颞上回(brodmannarea22,BA22区)、豆状核、壳核、尾状核体激活较NGT受试者减弱。结论IGT患者可能存在早期短时记忆功能障碍,与相关脑区激活的减弱有关。 Objective To investigate the memory function and related brain activation during a working memory in the patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and the subjects with normal glucose tolerance (NGT). Methods Laboratory examination, memory evaluation and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) during a working memory were performed in 13 IGT patients and 19 NGT subjects. Memory function and related laboratory results were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups. Results The vision regeneration, sense of touch, understanding and other short-term memory functions were significantly reduced in the IGT patients than in NGT subjects (P 〈 0.05 ). The activations in brain areas of the right temporal lobe, back temporal ( brodmann area 22, BA22 region), lenticular nucleus, putamen and caudate nucleus were weakened in the IGT patients than in the NGT subjects. Conclusion IGT patients may exist early short-term memory dysfunction, which may be related with weakened activation in brain regions.
