摘要
高水头大流量集中渗漏是水利水电等工程领域建设中常见而又复杂的问题,现有动水条件下封堵灌浆施工难度大、效果差、工期长、材料浪费严重,技术可控性与经济性差。针对存在的问题,提出反向灌浆新思路,研发了一种兼具导水、止水与灌浆功能的止水灌浆盒,将其安装在集中渗漏出口,实现变动水施工条件为静水施工条件后,再进行反向控制性灌浆封堵新技术。经乌江银盘水电站三期基坑岩溶渗漏处理等多个工程验证,该技术可成功地解决高水头大流量集中渗漏这一长期困扰水电工程界的工程技术难题。
Concentrated seepage under high water head and large flow is a common and complex problem in hydropower engineering; the existing underwater plugging grouting is insufficient as its large difficulty,poor effect,long period,more material consumption and less technique controlling characteristics. Aiming at these defects,we propose reverse grouting,in which a controlling device that has functions of water guidance,water sealing and grouting is developed. The reverse control grouting technique would be performed after the realization of static water construction condition from dynamic water construction condition,and by setting the controlling device at the concentrated seepage point. Verified by several projects such as Yinpan Hydropower Station on Wujiang River,the developed technique could solve the concentrated seepage problem under high head and large flow conditions.
