社会资本与公立医院共建新院模式的探讨——以中山六院与德福资本合作为例

Discussion on the Model of the Construction of Public Hospitals and Social Capital:The Affiliated Sixth Hospital of SUN Yat-Sen University and Telford Capital Cooperation as an Example

近年来,我国政府出台一系列政策鼓励社会资本办医,加快构建多元办医格局。随着城市公立医院综合改革试点逐步推开,公立医院改革将为社会资本带来巨大的投资机会,社会资本也在不断革新模式。中山六院与德福资本实行"院中院"模式以来一直承载着医疗界的关注。笔者对中山六院改制过程进行梳理,同时分析和总结共建医院新模式的优势、劣势、操作步骤及难点,以期为社会资本的投资决策提供参考。

In recent years, the Chinese government issued a series of policies to encourage social capital to do medicine, accelerate the construction of multiple doctors do pattern. With the comprehensive reform of public hospitals in the city gradually pushed, the reform of public hospitals will social capital brings huge investment opportunities, social capital also in continuous innovation mode. Since the implementation of the ＂hospital in hospital＂ mode of Zhongshan six homes and Telford capital has been carrying a concern in the medical community. This paper of Zhongshan six homes in the restructuring process to sort out, also analysis and summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the hospital to build a new pattern, operation steps and difficulties, in order for the social capital investment decisions.
