针刺联合生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture Associated with Biological Feedback Therapy on Functional Constipation

目的观察针刺联合生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将80例符合纳入标准的功能性便秘患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用针刺联合生物反馈方法,对照组采用生物反馈训练。观察治疗前后排便费力、排便次数、粪便性状等;测定肛管直肠压力,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率87.5%,对照组有效率67.5%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后排便费力、排便频率、粪便性状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组排便费力、排便频率评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后直肠感知阈值、直肠最大耐受量、引起RAIR最小气量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组最大缩榨压、感知阈值、最大耐受量、最小气量较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);对照组最大耐受量、最小气量较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论采取针刺联合生物反馈对功能性便秘进行辨证施治,较单纯生物反馈疗法优势明显,可提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture associated with Biofeedback Therapy on functional constipation（FC）. Methods 80 cases of patients with FC accorded with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group using acupuncture associated with biofeedback therapy, the control group using biofeedback therapy. The improvement of such symptoms as the laborious defecation, the frequency of defecation and the characters of excrement was observed; The anorectal pressure was measured and the clinical curative effect of both groups was compared. Results The treatment group whose effective rate was 87.5% was better than the control group whose effective rate was 67.5% （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group after treatment was obviously better than the control group in such symptoms as the laborious defecation, the frequency of defecation and the characters of excrement（P 〈 0.05）. The laborious defecation and the frequency of defecation of both groups got better after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group after treatment was obviously better than the control group in such symptoms as the RVST, the rectal maximum tolerance dose and the minimum air volume causing RAIR （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The maximum squeeze press, the RVST, the maximum tolerance dose and the minimum air volume of the treatment group got obviously lower after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The maximum tolerance dose and the minimum air volume of the control group got obviously lower after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation and treatment for FC Using the method of acupuncture associated with Biofeedback Therapy has obvious advantages over the method of merely biofeedback therapy, which can improve the clinical curative effect.
