摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革不断向纵深方向发展,医院管理需要向更高的要求和标准发展。笔者通过在医院管理中运用行动学习法,组建行动学习小组,结合现代管理工具,针对性地提升医院门诊一站式自助服务系统使用率,探索医院优化工作流程、提升服务效能之道。
As the medical and health reform develops in depth, higher requirements and standards are needed in the hospital management. In this article, an action learning group is established by using the theory of action learning in hospital management, combining with some modern management tools. In order to raise the utilization of self - service system in the clinic, meanwhile to explore the way of optimizing work process and improving the service efficiency.
