医院属地化联合党支部战斗力模型构建研究

A Study of the Model of the Fighting Capacity of Localized and United Party Branch in Hospital

笔者运用迈克尔·波特"钻石模型"理论,对影响医院创"双优"工作中属地化联合党支部战斗力的主要因素进行理论分析,得出工作主体、工作对象、工作机制、工作载体四个基本要素和思想理念、外部环境两个影响因素对联合党支部战斗堡垒作用产生影响;同时,对我院创"双优"工作中属地化联合党支部战斗力建设进行了实证研究;在此基础上提出了增强医院属地化联合党支部战斗力的建议和对策。

This article expands Michael Porter＇s Diamond Model theory and analyzes the key factors of the fighting capacity of the localized and united party branch that influence the hospital＇s performance of ＂double excellence＂. Four basic elements （subject, target, mechanism and carrier） and two influencing factors （thoughts and ideas, external environment） are found to exert impact on the fighting capacity of the united party branch. Meanwhile, an empirical study of the construc- tion of the fighting capacity of the localized and united party branch in our hospital＇s initiation of ＂double excellence＂ is conducted, and relevant suggestions and tactics are offered.
