摘要
目的探讨建构主义理论在内科护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法选取同校护理专业高职学生108人作为研究对象,对照组52名学生开展以讲授为主的教学查房,实验组56名学生以建构主义学习理论和协作学习理论为基础,实施以学生为中心的护理查房模式。实验组和对照组均每2周进行1次护理查房,每批组学生内科实习8周,实习结束时测评两组学生的内科护理临床实习效果。结果与对照组的学生相比,实验组学生的案例分析题得分,以及学习兴趣、沟通技巧、自主学习能力、评估与疾病相关资料的能力、团队协作能力和临床内科护理能力的测评得分均明显升高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论建构主义理论应用于内科护理教学查房可以提高学生的学习效果,对全面提高学生的临床护理能力具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of the constructivism learning theory utihzation in nursing teaching ward rounds of internal medicine. Methods One hundred and eight nursing students were selected, and 52 students were in the control group while 56 students were in the experimental group. Students in control group were implemented the traditional teaching method that is lecture -based teaching rounds method, who in experimental group were implemented student -cen- tered teaching rounds base on the constrnctivism learning theory. Every two weeks once a teaching round, each batch of medical students was practiced for eight weeks in ward. All the students had a case analysis test and were investigated by a self- designed learning effects questionnaire of six items before finish the practice. Results In comparing with the control group, the scores of case analysis test, and learning interest, communication skill, automic learning ability, evaluation disease asso- ciation data ability, cooperation ability, internal medicine nursing ability of questionnaire in the experimental group were sig- nificantly increased, the difference had statistical significant (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The constrnctivism learning theory application on internal medicine nursing ward rounds teaching can improve the effectiveness of student's nursing study, and has an energetic role in developing students' clinical nursing competence.
