摘要
以紫金长安项目为例,介绍了既有商业建筑改造为LOFT复式结构的主要设计思路和处理手法,即校核原建筑结构、加固拆改设计以及新建加层结构设计,并就合理安排施工工序提出建议,为同类工程改造项目提供借鉴范例。
Zijin Chang＇an Project was taken as an example to introduce the main design concept and method in reconstruction of existing commercial building into loft, including check of original building structure, reinforcement, dismantlement and reconstruction design, and construction of new structure, etc. Proposals were given for reasonable arrangement of construction sequence, providing references for similar engineering reconstruction project.
