摘要
北方地区冬期施工中混凝土养护周期较长,通过电伴热设计选型,使用BIM技术对现场电伴热管线铺设进行三维建模,并实时进行现场测温和混凝土强度记录,养护3d局部位置即具备拆模条件。采用电伴热法,现浇混凝土未出现受冻开裂等质量问题,缩短了工期,节省了施工成本。
Concrete curing in winter requires long period in North China. After design and selection of electric tracing method, BIM technique was used to establish three-dimensional model for field laying of electric tracing pipe, with real-time field temperature measurement and concrete strength record. Formwork could be removed when concrete curing at local position was finished. No frost crack appeared on the cast- in-place concrete, construction schedule was shortened and construction cost was reduced.
