摘要
苏州历史街区拥有大量控制保护建筑亟需维修,陈述控保建筑保护现状和维修中的问题,分析控保建筑维修的原真性尺度与现代技术应用的必要性,应遵循原真性要求,提出"真实性""可识别性"和"可持续性"原则,具体可采用改善、替换、共存等策略。不仅解决了控保建筑维修的原真性尺度问题,也实现了控保建筑生命力可持续生长的目标。
There are many historical buildings under control and protection on history streets of Suzhou, but many of them need urgent maintenance. This paper described protection status quo and maintenance problems of these buildings, analyzed and compared the importance of original dimension and modern technique used in maintenance. It was proposed that originality, identification and sustainability shall be observed in maintenance of historical buildings under control and protection, and that amelioration is preferential to coexistence. Problems in original dimension of control and protective buildings were successfully solved and service sustainability was prolonged.
