一种乳化沥青水泥砂浆的性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 选用阴离子乳化沥青、水泥、砂、丁苯乳液、硅粉和消泡剂等原材料,在合适工艺条件下,通过优化原材料配合比制备乳化沥青水泥砂浆并测试其性能,证明其具有制备方法简单、和易性好、弹性模量低、抗压强度高等特点,可降低施工成本和劳动强度,提高工程质量,节能减排。 After optimization of raw material mixing proportion, emulsified asphalt cement mortar was prepared by using anionic emulsified asphalt, cement, sand, styrene-acrylic emulsion, silicon powder and defoamer under appropriate processing conditions. It was proved that this method has many advantages, such as simple preparation, favorable placeability, low elastic modulus and high compressive strength, etc. This method could reduce construction cost and working intensity, improve engineering quality, save energy and reduce discharge.
