摘要
通过文献研究对工程项目总承包模式选择影响因素进行归纳总结,构建了一套全面的决策指标体系。将灰色系统理论引入工程项目总承包模式决策,构建了一种基于灰色关联分析法的工程项目总承包模式决策模型,最后,运用实践案例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on the sort and summary of the existing research, a comprehensive index system for selecting sum-contracting PDMs is set up since the factors affecting selection of sum-contracting PDMs is summarized. Then, the grey system theory is introduced into the process of sum-contracting PDMs decisions-making. And a decision models for selecting sum-contracting PDMs is proposed based on grey correlation analysis method. Finally, a practice cases is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
