高防水高透湿登山运动服面料的设计与开发

摘要 以尼龙塔丝隆为基布,聚氨酯及多种助剂为胶料,经过基布前处理、转移贴合、熟成、拨水整理等主要加工步骤,其中采用离型纸进行转移的复合加工是本次产品开发的核心技术,通过各工序工艺参数的优化可赋予尼龙塔丝隆织物高防水高透湿性。按照标准对新产品测试得出结论:耐水压已经达到21000mm H_2O,透湿度也达到35200g/m2.24h,剥离强度达到0.4N/mm,水洗外观在40℃下达到5A要求,完全能满足户外登山运动服对防水透湿的要求。 The nylon taslan is used as the base cloth and the polyurethane, the variety additives are used for glue material. The main processing steps include the pre-proeessing of base cloth, the transfer laminating, the maturation process and water finishing. The composite technology of release paper used for transferring is the core technologies for development of this new product. Through the parameters of optimization about each process, it can gives nylon taslan with high waterproof and high breathable properties, the new developed products are tested according to standards and conclusion is made that: resistance hydraulic has reached 21000mmH2 O, water vapor permeability also reached 35200 g/m2. 24h,peel strength has reached 0.4N/mm,washing surface at 40℃ can meet 5A requirement. So the new developed products can meet the requirements of waterproof and breathable properties about outdoor climbing gym suit.
