依托党员工作站提高高职院校大学生党员培养质量研究——以中山职业技术学院为例

Improving the Training Quality of the Student Party Members in Higher Vocational College by Relying on the Party Member Workstation——Taking Zhongshan Higher Vocational College as an Example

根据高职院校党建工作的现实情况,探讨在发展党员中存在的质量问题和原因,据此提出依托学生党员工作站提高高职院校学生党员培养质量的四点对策:以工作站为平台提高政治理论学习的效果;通过工作站的辐射作用提高党组织的影响力和学生党员的服务意识;有针对性地制定工作站学习制度,并有力地执行制度;通过工作站的考核,严把党员发展质量关。

According to the work of Party building in the higher vocational colleges, discussion on the problems and causes existing in the development of Party members is made. And countermeasures of relying on the Party member workstation to improve the quality of the higher vocational college student Party member development are put forward, including to improve learning effect of the political theory with the workstation as a platform,to enhance the Party＇s in- fluence and service consciousness by the radiation effect of workstation ,to promote the party members＇ learning and improve the quality by making the study system, to ensure the training quality through the examination system.
