摘要
在高职院校及涉外企业开展调查研究发现,目前高职国际商法课程存在课程调研形式化、课程定位模糊化、课程目标抽象化、课程内容理论化、课程设计空泛化、课程实施本本化与课程评价单一化等问题。高职国际商法课程应以涉外岗位职业标准为基础,进行系统的课程开发,实施理实一体化教学。
In the survey,we find that there are some problems on the curriculum development in the course of In- ternational Commercial Law, including the formalization in curriculum survey, obfuscation in curriculum orientation, abstraction in curriculum Goals, theorization in curriculum contents, emptiness in curriculum design, textualism in curriculum implement, simplification in curriculum valuation. This course should carry out systemic curriculum development and integrate teaching with theory and practice based on the foreign post professional standards.
