新常态下山西农民收入现状及对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Shanxi Farmers' Income in the New Normal

实现农民增收一直是"三农"发展过程中面临的重要难题,虽然山西近年来农民收入水平显著提高,但也存在不少突出问题亟须解决。本文以山西农民收入为切入点,分析了山西农民收入的现状,发现农民收入水平和消费能力都不断提高,收入和消费结构也不断优化,但是与山西省城镇居民收入和全国农民人均收入的差距却在不断拉大。针对上述情况,文章从稳定工资收入、巩固营业性收入、增加财产性收入、完善消费计划四个方面提出了相应对策。

Increasing farmers＇ income is always an important problem in the development process of ＂Three Agriculture＂. In recent years, the income level of farmers is improving significantly in Shanxi province, but there are also many problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of farmers＇ income in Shanxi, the result shows that farmer income level and consumption ability have been improved continuously, the income and consumption structure has been optimized. However, compared with urban residents of Shanxi province and farmers of other provinces, the gap of income level is also widening.Based on the situation, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from wage income, operating income, property income and consumption plan.
