摘要
文章介绍了加强供应商管理的主要思路和方法,通过完善供应商管理制度、推行供应商电子化管理、严格供应商准入和奖惩机制、强化供货前的监督与供货后的质量改进管理,建立了更加科学的供应商采购和质量管理体系。
The paper introduces the main ideas and methods of supplier management, and establishes a more scientific system of supplier procurement and quality management by perfecting supplier management system, implementing supplier electronic management, strengthening the supplier access and incentive mechanism, strengthening supervision before delivery and quality management after delivery.
