摘要
文章阐述了车下吊挂的牵引变压器、机械间安装在台架上的屏柜等典型部件安装所用紧固件强度校核的具体方法,根据相关标准设定工况,采用Ansys软件模拟计算变压器和屏柜安装螺栓受力,经过计算验证可知选定的螺栓满足设计要求,为其他安装部件紧固件选取提供了理论支持。
The strength checking method of fastener for typical component is discussed in this paper. According to different operating conditions of relevant standard, it has a simulation of bolt force using Ansys software, the calculation results show that the selected bolt meets the design requirement. It provides theoretical support for the selection of other fasteners.
