把“公民教育”融入生物课堂——加拿大Ontario课程的启示

摘要 我国传统德育正在历史性地转型为一种崭新的教育目标——社会主义公民教育.人文社科类的课程已经开始渗透公民教育的内容,但是生物等科学课程却长期被认为是价值中立的,与社会问题无涉.其实美国教育学者Foucault和Senellart早已在其著作《生物政治学》中指出生物课程对于公民意识的启迪同样有着特殊的意义.加拿大Ontario地区的生物课程对此就进行了先期尝试.通过对其的研读,发现该课程充分发挥了生物在公民教育方面不可替代的优势.
