摘要
结合沿海地区某深基坑工程实例,根据现场监测数据,分析基坑开挖对周围建筑物的影响,指出开挖基坑前对周围建筑的加固措施能有效地减少了基坑开挖对建筑的影响;通过对邻近建筑地基进行增加围护结构插入深度;合理的施工工序和挖土过程;控制地下水位;排除水患等加固方式,可以得到减少邻近建筑物沉降。
In this paper, a deep excavation coastal instance, according to the site monitoring data, analysis of excavation on the surrounding buildings, pointing out that the former excavation pit on surrounding buildings reinforcement measures can effectively reduce the open pit digging on the building; near the building foundation conducted by increasing the envelope depth of insertion; reasonable construction process and excavation process; control the water table; exclude flood solidifying way, adjacent buildings can be reduced sedimentation.
