自走式智能护栏在“潮汐”交通中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国城市化进程的不断深入,越来越多的人选择在市区工作,市郊居住的生活模式,由此导致了在上下班高峰时段主干道路双向交通量分布严重不均衡,进而形成单向不对称拥堵的"潮汐式"交通。目前,大中城市道路中多达20%~40%的道路车流呈"潮汐式"分布。根据国内外多年实践经验,解决高峰时段交通拥堵最有效和可行的措施之一是实施"潮汐"车道。然而,在运用潮汐车道过程中,还存在许多问题,如:利用交通信号灯、指示牌来实施车辆的变道时,尤其是在中间不设隔离护栏的情况下,交通安全得不到保障,且对驾驶员的行车行为有一定负面影响,导致通行能力不能充分发挥;车道的调拨需要人工进行整体移动,浪费了大量的时间和人力,效率低下。论文提出通过自走式智能护栏进行车道自动调拨,并对控制机理进行探讨,实现潮汐车道的自动调拨,节省人力、提高效率,将延误减小到最低。 With the deepening of urbanization process in China, more and more people choose to work in the urban, suburban living lifestyle, resulting in rush hour traffic trunk road two-way serious uneven weight distribution, thus forming unidirectional asymmetric congestion "tidal" traffic. Currently cities road, up to 20% to 40% of the road traffic was "tidal" distribution. According to domestic and years of practical experience, to solve traffic congestion, one of the most effective and feasible measures peak hours is the implementation of "tida"lanes. However, in the use of tidal lane process, there are still many problems, such as: When using traffic lights, signs vehicle lane change to implement, especially in the middle of no isolation guardrails, traffic safety can not be guaranteed, and on the driver’s driving behavior has a certain negative impact, resulting in capacity can not be fully; lane allocation need to manually move the whole, wasting a lot of time and manpower, inefficient. In this paper, through the self-propelled Smart fence automatic allocation, and control mechanism was discussed,automatic allocation of tidal lane, save manpower, improve efficiency, reduce the delay to a minimum.
