摘要
通过分析目前我国养老地产的发展现状,概括现存的运营模式,找出目前开发中的问题;通过借鉴国外成熟的养老地产模式,提出通过PPP模式,公私合作发展养老地产,规范市场秩序,提高养老服务质量,满足市场需求,并指出项目各阶段运营的具体方式。
In this paper, through the analysis of the present situation of China’s old-age real estate development, summarizes the existing mode of operation, find out the problems of the development, with reference to the foreign mature pension real estate model proposed by PPP model, public-private partnership development endowment real estate, standardize the market order, to improve nursing service quality, meet the needs of the market, and points out the specific ways of project operation in different stages of the project.
