在公路工程施工建设过程中,合同管理的一个重要内容是进行工程变更的管理,其对提高合同管理的质量和水平有着非常重要的意义。论文阐述了工程变更的内容,并分别介绍两种工程变更定价,这两种定价是合同中有相应计价项目和无相应计价项目的计价,讨论了工程变更引起的工程总价的定价控制,为同行提供参考借鉴。
