高效液相色谱法测定农药中间体2-噻唑烷酮的含量

摘要 建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定农药中间体2-噻唑烷酮含量的分析方法。采用高效液相色谱法,使用Shim-pack CLC-ODS C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,在220 nm波长对2-噻唑烷酮进行定量分析。当2-噻唑烷酮质量浓度为0.05~4.0 mg/L,方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,平均回收率为99.8%。该方法准确度高,速度快,适用于农药中间体2-噻唑烷酮的定量分析。 A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of the pesticide intermediate 2-thiazolidone. The content of 2-thiazolidone was quantitatively determined by HPLC. The Shim-pack CLC-ODS C18 column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water. The wavelength was 220 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The results showed that when 2-thiazolidone concentration ranged from 0.05 to 4.0 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, and the average recovery was 99.8%. The method is simple and accurate, which is suitable for the quantitative analysis of the pesticide intermediate 2-thiazolidone.
