子宫内膜癌分型的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 子宫内膜癌是常见的妇科恶性疾病,其发病率逐年上升。约75%的子宫内膜癌患者就诊时为早期[国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期],其5年总生存率为74%~91%;而Ⅲ、Ⅳ期子宫内膜癌患者的5年总生存率分别为57%~66%和20%~26%。长期的临床实践发现,相同期别子宫内膜癌患者的5年生存率差距较大,仅靠分期无法较好预测患者的预后。因此,对子宫内膜癌进行准确和合理的分型,对于挖掘潜在的临床价值意义重大。
