摘要
目的分析东海县儿童肠道病毒CA16中和抗体水平及自然感染状况,为预防控制儿童手足口病的传播与流行及制定疫苗免疫程序提供依据。方法对东海县420名15岁以下儿童及20名新生儿的母亲,进行血清中CA16中和抗体测定。结果 420名儿童中,血清CA16中和抗体阳性125人,阳性率为29.76%,中和抗体几何平均滴度为1∶7.33,不同年龄组CA16中和抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=96.620,P<0.05);中和抗体几何平均滴度,各年龄组间差异有统计学意义(F=4.909,P<0.05)。不同性别儿童CA16中和抗体阳性率和几何平均滴度差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.081,P>0.05;F=0.366,P>0.05)。结论东海县儿童CA16中和抗体水平与年龄关系密切,5岁以下儿童是CA16感染引起手足口病流行的主要易感人群,也是手足口病防控的重点人群。
Objective To investigate enterovirus CA16 antibody levels and natural infection among children in Donghai County,so as to provide the evidence tot efiective prevention and control of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) in children. Methods A total of 420 individuals under the age of 15 years and 20 mothers of newhorn were randomly seleeted and the levels of CA16 neutralizing antibody of them were detected and the results were analyzed. Results A- mong the 420 children, 125 were positive of CA16 neutralizing antibody, with a positive rate of 29.76% and a geometric mean titer (GMT) of 1:7.33. There were significant differences among age groups in the positive rate and GMT (X2=96.620, P〈0.05; F=4.909, P〈0.05). No statistically significant differences were observed between male and female in the positive rate and GMT (X2=0.081, P〉0.05; F=0.366, P〉0.05). Con-clusion The level of CA16 antibody is associated with the age of the children in Donghai County. The children under 5 years old are the primary HFMD susceptible population and tiley should be the main locus for the prevention and control of the disease.
