杂交手术室行腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的配合与护理

Cooperative and nursing procedures during endovascular graft exclusion for abdominal aortic aneurysm in hybrid operation room

目的探讨杂交手术室行腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的配合与护理。方法选择本院2013年10月—2014年10月收治的68例腹主动脉瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组患者于杂交手术室行腔内隔绝术治疗;观察组同时给予对应的配合与护理。统计2组患者手术时间、术后住院天数,记录围手术期微量内漏、腹主动脉瘤先兆破裂、动脉出血等不良事件发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间(126.5±13.3)min、术后住院时间(15.3±2.4)d,均短于对照组的(147.6±11.4)min和(23.6±5.3)d(P<0.05);患者围手术期不良事件发生率观察组为8.8%,低于对照组的29.4%(P<0.05)。结论杂交手术室行腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的开展,应通过合理配置医疗资源、严谨的手术配合和科学的护理管理,减少围手术期不良事件的发生,促进患者术后尽早康复。

Objective To discuss the effect of cooperative and nursing procedures during endovascular graft ex- clusion for abdominal aortic aneurysm in the hybrid operation room. Methods From Oct. 2013 to Oct. 2014, a total of 68 patients with abdominal aneurysm were selected in the hospital and randomly divided into a control group（34 cases） and an observation group （34 cases）. In the hybrid operation room, the patients of the control group were only treated with en- dovascular graft exclusion,while the patients of the observation group were treated with cooperative and nursing procedures during endovascular graft exclusion. The data of operation time and post operation hospital stay of patients were collected, and the adverse events such as micro leakage in perioperative period, rupture of abdominal aneurysm and arterial bleeding were recorded. Results The operation time [（126.5±13.3） mln] and post operation hospital stay [（15.3±2.4） d] of the ob- servation group were both shorter than those[（147.6±11.4） rain and [（23.6±5.3） d]of the control group （P〈O.05）, and the inci- dence of adverse events in the observation group was 8.8%, which was lower than that （29.4%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cooperative and nursing procedures during endovascular graft exclusion for abdominal aortic aneurysm in the hybrid operation room can reduce the adverse events and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
