以上海地区为例,通过对中小套型既有住宅居家养老现状的调研,探求存在的问题及居民的需求,为寻找其解决方案提供了依据;进而,探讨了住宅传统建造方式带来的瓶颈,提出了采用住宅工业化这一新型建造方式的必要性。

This research provides an insight into the current state of small and medium size units of housing for the eldeHy, in order to explore needs and the most common problems residents are facing, and to offer possible solutions. Furthermore, it provides several feasible answers to the current issues related to the use of traditional construction methods highlighting the necessity of utilization of advanced residential construction methods which include industrialization of elements.
