摘要
波特兰作为一个生态城市的前沿实践者和受益者,其政府的远见和城市及区域规划被业界所认同。研究1992年至今波特兰区域政府的职能和工作内容,从城市中心、绿色空间系统、城市边缘区绿色空间和可持续发展计划4个方面展开,解读相关规划政策、具体落实情况以及成效,为我国构建生态城市提供借鉴参考。
As a forefront practitioners and beneficiaries of ecological city, Portland official＇s vision and its regional and uban planning capacity are authorized within the industry. This article researches on the functions and work content of Portland regional government （Metro）. The paper interprets the content of the relevant policies and the concrete implementation and results from four aspects： the urban center, the green space system, the urban fringe area green space and sustainable development plan. It could also provide references for constructing ecological city in China.
