虫草素抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖的可能机制

摘要 虫草素是第一个从真菌中分离出来的核苷类抗菌素,具有免疫刺激、抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎等非常广谱的生物活性及药理作用,目前已经成为一个研究热点。同时,国内外的多项研究都已证实虫草素能明显抑制血管平滑肌细胞的增殖,并从多个方面对其相关机制进行了探讨。现就虫草素抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖的可能机制作一综述。
