非药物干预对脑梗死患者的近期临床疗效察

Impacts of non-pharmacological intervention on the lipid levels and therapeutic effect in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨非药物干预对脑梗死患者血脂水平及血浆黏度(PV)的影响。方法选取2012年5月至2014年10月在本院神经内科住院的110例脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组(55例)和对照组(55例)。对照组给予患者阿司匹林片、阿托伐他汀钙片、小牛血清去蛋白注射液及舒血宁注射液药物。观察组在此基础上采取非药物干预措施(健康宣教、运动处方、饮食指导、针灸治疗),两组疗程均为6w。对两组患者分别在治疗前及治疗6w后进行血脂,血浆粘度及神经功能评分。结果观察组在治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、PV、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非药物干预能够降低血脂及血浆黏度水平,促进神经功能恢复。

Objective To explore the influences of non- pharmaceutical interventions on lipid levels and clinical effects in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 110 patients with cerebral infarction in the department of neurology in our hospital from May 2012 to October 2014 were equally and randomly divided into the study group（n=55）and the control group（n=55）. The patients in the control group were administrated with aspirin, atorvastatin as well as medicines that have effects of neurotrophy and improving blood circulation.In addition to the medicine,subjects in the study group took non-pharmaceutical interventions at the same time（ health education,exercise prescription,diet guidance and acupuncture）. Blood lipids, plasma viscosity（PV）and NIHSS scores were measured at the baseline and 6 weeks after treatment. Results The serum total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-D）, triglycerides（TG）, PV, NIHSS and ADL scores in study group after treatment were lower than that before treatment and were significantly decreased compared with controlgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Non-pharmacological intervention could decrease the levels of plasma lipid and PV, and promote neurological function recovery.
