中西医结合治疗社区顽固性高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Patients with Resistant Hypertension in Community

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗社区顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取180例社区顽固性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用西医治疗和中西医相结合方式治疗。结果:采用中西医相结合疗法治疗的观察组治疗的效果明显优于单纯采用西医治疗的对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对社区顽固性高血压患者采用中西医相结合的方式进行治疗效果良好,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of resistant hypertension in the community.Methods：Choose 180 cases of resistant hypertension patients in community as research obj ects,divided into control group and observation group, who were treated with western medicine and the way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine respectively.Results：The effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine therapy for the observation group was obviously better than pure western medicine treatment for the control group （P〈0.05）,with sta-tistical significance.Conclusion：The curative effect of treating resistant hypertension patients in community with combination of Chinese and western medicine is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
