观察自拟代谢调节Ⅰ号方联合生活方式重塑治疗代谢综合征的临床效果

Observation of Clinical Effect of Self-Regulation of Metabolism No.Ⅰ Decoction Combined Lifestyle Remodeling in the Treatment of Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

目的：观察自拟代谢调节Ⅰ号方联合生活方式重塑治疗代谢综合征的临床效果。方法：随机将某院2015年6月～2016年2月期间的120例代谢综合征患者分为两组,对照组（n=60）给予单纯生活方式重塑治疗,治疗组（n=60）予以自拟代谢调节I号方联合生活方式重塑治疗,比较两组患者的治疗前后腹围、体重指数、血压、糖化血红蛋白及血脂的变化。结果：比较治疗前后两组患者的腹围、体重指数、血压、糖化血红蛋白及血脂等指标,两组治疗后的数据均优于治疗前,治疗后治疗组的数据明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组中,治疗有效的患者有53例,占该组总人数的88.3%;对照组中,治疗有效的患者有28例,占该组总人数的46.6%,组间差异对比明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于代谢综合征患者施行自拟代谢调节I号方联合生活方式重塑治疗,有较好的临床效果,治疗的有效率高,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective： To probe into the clinical effects of self regulation of metabolism No.1 decoction combined lifestyle remodeling in the treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods： 120 patients with metabolic syndrome and who accepted treatments in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group（n =60）, they were given a simple lifestyle remode ling treatment while in the treatment group （n=60） , they were given the self regulation of metabolism No. I decoction combined lifestyle remodeling. Then, the changes of waist circumference, body mass index, blood pressure, hemoglobin and blood lipids of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results： The abdominal circumference, body mass index, blood pressure, hemoglobin and blood lipid indexes of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared, the data of the two groups after treatment were better than that before the treatment,and after the treatment, the data of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; in the treatment, group, there were 53 patients were effective, accounting for 88.3% of the total number of the group while in the control group, there were 28 patients were effective, accounting for 46.6% of the total number of patients, the difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with metabolic syndrome,the implementation of self metabolism regulation No. I decoction combined with lifestyle remodeling treatment which has good clinical effect, high effective rate of treatment, thus it is worthy to be popularizd and applied in the clinical.
