舒适护理在复方磺胺甲唑片灌肠治疗细菌性痢疾患儿护理中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Treating Children of Bacterial Dysentery with Compound Sulfanilamide Armour Azole Enema

目的：探讨舒适护理在复方磺胺甲唑片灌肠治疗细菌性痢疾患儿护理中的临床效果。方法：选取某院于2014年5月~2015年5月收治的84例细菌性痢疾患者进行回顾性分析。将患者随机分为42例观察组和42例对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果,对比两组患者对护理干预效果的满意度。结果：经观察发现,对照组护理效果及护理满意度均低于观察组,差异比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理在复方磺胺甲唑片灌肠治疗细菌性痢疾患儿中的临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in treating children of bacterial dysentery with compound sulfanilamide armour azole enema.Methods：The data of 84 cases with bacterial di-arrhea treated in a hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.42 patients were ran-domly divided into observation group and 42 cases of control group.The control group were treated with con-ventional nursing,and the observation group were treated with comfortable nursing,then observe clinical nursing effect of the two groups and,compare satisfaction of nursing intervention effect of the two groups. Results：Through observation,it was found that nursing satisfaction and nursing effect in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Con-clusion：The clinical effect of comfortable nursing in treating children of bacterial dysentery with compound sulfanilamide armour azole enema is significant,worthy of popularization and application.
