钬激光在膝痛风性关节炎治疗中的应用

Application of Holmium Laser in Treating Knee Gouty Arthritis

目的:在医院现有的技术上,探讨联合钬激光治疗膝痛风性关节炎的临床实用性。方法:将50名患者随机分为单纯药物组(15名),单纯关节镜组(15名),联合组(20名)。通过对3组关节疼痛度VAS评分,Lysholm膝关节评分评估,比较3者治疗膝痛风性关节炎的总有效率及关节优良率。结果:3组患者接受治疗后,关节疼痛随着时间得到缓解,但联合组的缓解程度显著优于其他两组(P<0.01)。治疗前后,3组Lysholm膝关节评分有效改善,与其他两组相比,联合组改善效果更为明显(P<0.01)。此外,联合组的优良数和总有效数都显著优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗手段上联合联合钬激光治疗膝痛风性关节炎疗效显著,临床应用性强。

Objective：Based on current technology in the hospital,to explore the clinical practicability of treatment combined with holmium laser in knee gouty arthritis.Methods：50 patients were randomly divided into simply drug group （1 5 cases）,pure arthroscopy group （1 5 cases）,and the combined treatment group （20 cases）.Based on VAS score for gouty pains of the three groups and Lysholm knee score evaluation,then compare the total effective rate and recovery rate of joints of the three groups.Results：After treatment,the j oint pain get relived and the relief degree of the j oint group was significantly superior to that of the other two groups （P〈0.01）.before and after treatment,Lysholm knee scores of the three groups are effectively im-proved.Compared with the other two groups,the improvement effectiveness of the joint group is better than the other two groups （P〈0.01）.In addition,the excellence number and total valid number of the joint group were significantly better than the other two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Based on the conventional treat-ment,it is effective to combine with holmium laser therapy in the treatment of knee gouty arthritis and the clinical applicability is strong.
