社区家庭式卫生服务防治支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Observation of Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma by Community Household Heath Service

目的:探讨社区综合防治对支气管哮喘治疗效果。方法:选取广州市荔湾区龙津街社区卫生服务中心的支气管哮喘患者68例为研究对象,分析1年后两组患者的病情改善情况。结果:治疗组肺功能有效率为97.1%,高于对照组的85.3%,P<0.05。结论:社区家庭式卫生服务可改善支气管哮喘的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To study the curative effect of community comprehensive prevention and control for the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods：68 cases with bronchial asthma treated in the Guangzhou Li-wan District Longjin Street Community Health Service Center were taken as the research object,.Then com-pare the improvement of the two groups one year after treatment.Results：The effective rate of lung function of the treatment group was 97.1%,higher than the control group 85.3%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Community family health services can improve the clinical symptoms of bronchial asthma and the clinical curative effect.
