骨科患者手术前后无痛治疗方法的研究

Study on the Painless Treatment in the Orthopedics Patients before and after Operation

目的：探讨骨科患者手术前后应用无痛治疗方法的临床效果。方法：选择医院自2009年11月～2015年7月所收治的79例骨科手术患者作为研究对象,并根据无痛治疗方法的不同将其分组,观察组（40例）在手术前后采取无痛疗法,对照组（39例）进行常规无痛治疗,比较两组患者的围手术期VAS疼痛评分和镇痛满意度。结果：观察组患者围手术期VAS疼痛评分和镇痛满意度均优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论：骨科患者手术前后应用无痛治疗方法的临床效果显著,可作为骨科手术患者的首选无痛治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of painless treatment in the orthopedics Patients before and after operation.Methods：79 orthopedic patients admitted in a hospital from November 2009 to Ju-ly 2015 were chosen as research objects,who were divided into observation group （40 cases）and control group （39 cases）according to the painless treatment methods,the observation group （40 cases）received painless therapy before and after surgery and the control group （39 cases）received routine painless treat-ment,then compare the perioperative VAS pain scores and analgesic satisfaction between the two groups. Results：The perioperative VAS pain scores and analgesic satisfaction of the observation group are better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of painless treatment in patients before and after orthopedic surgery is significant,which can be taken as the preferred treatment for orthopedic sur-gery pain patients.
