临床免疫检验的质量控制效果分析

Analysis of Quality Control Effect of Clinical Immunology Test

目的：探析临床免疫检验的质控控制效果分析。方法：入选某院2013年5月～2014年4月送检的免疫检验血液标本720份,2014年5月～2015年4月送检的经质量控制的免疫检验血液标本720份,比较两个不同阶段的临床免疫检验质控控制效果分析。结果：2014年5月～2015年4月送检的经质量控制的免疫检验血液标本的癌胚抗原、Ca125、Ca199、甲胎蛋白、甲状腺功能、胰岛素抗体、血清胰岛素等指标的平均变异指数均显著低于2013年5月～2014年4月送检的免疫检验血液标本的变异指数,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床应用的仪器设备、采集标本等因素均可影响临床免疫检验结果,进行质量控制可提高临床检验免疫结果的可靠性和准确性。

Objective： To analyze the effect of quality control of clinical immunology test. Methods： 720 immune test blood samples inspected in a hospital from May 2018 to April 2014 and 720 quality control of immune test blood samples inspected in a hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected. Then compare the clinical immunology laboratory quality control effect at the two different stages. Results： Carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, CA125, Ca199, alpha fetal protein, thyroid function, insulin antibody, serum insulin and other indicators of the quality control of immune test blood samples inspected in a hospital from May 2014 to April2015 were lower than those of the immune test blood samples inspected in a hospital from May 2013 to April 2014, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical application of the instrument and equipment, collection of specimens and other factors can affect the clinical im mune test results, and quality control can improve the reliability and accuracy of the clinical test results.
