摘要
文章综述了泥鳅营养需要的研究进展,包括泥鳅对蛋白质、脂肪、能量、维生素和矿物元素的需要量,并介绍了泥鳅的替代蛋白源、非营养性添加剂、仔稚鱼营养研究及其配合饲料的研发现状。
In this paper,the recent advances in nutrition requirement of dojo loach were presented,including pro-tein,lipids,energies,vitamin and minerals,and introduced protein replacement,non-nutritive additives,larvae nutrition re-search of loach.In the end,the compound feed research and development status of loach was presented.
