不同贮藏时间及温度对猪尿中盐酸克伦特罗快速检测的影响研究

Study on the effects of different storage time and temperature on the rapid detection of clenbuterol hydrochloride in swine urine

为研究不同贮藏时间及温度对猪尿中盐酸克伦特罗快速检测的影响,向阴性猪尿中添加盐酸克伦特罗标准品,配制成5、50、500μg/kg三个不同浓度后,分别在常温(室温)、冷藏(4℃)、冷冻(-20℃)条件下贮藏,于1、4、7、18、21、28 d用酶联免疫吸附法和胶体金免疫层析法进行快速检测。结果表明,所有的猪尿样本都呈阳性,且可检测到起始浓度为5μg/kg的样本随时间延长检测值降低,同时冷冻的保存效果最好。

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different storage time and temperature on the rapid detection of clenbuterol hydrochloride in pig urine.Negative swine urine samples were spiked with clenbuterol to three dif-ferent concentration （5 μg/kg,50 μg/kg and 500 μg/kg）and immediately stored at normal atmospheric temperature （room temperature）,cold storage（4 ℃）,refrigerated storage（-20 ℃）.Clenbuterol hydrochloride was rapid detectied by using en-zyme linked immunosorbent adsorption method and colloidal gold immune chromatography on days 1,4,7,18,21 and 28 d. The results showed that all pig urine samples were positive,but the concentration of sample with initial concentration of 5 μg/kg extended values over time was reduced with time extension,the frozen preservation effect was best.
