摘要
通过对天津港海域水位变动区部位的混凝土进行钻芯取样,分析了混凝土表面生物膜的主要成分,并从蛋白质含量、多糖含量、核酸含量、腐殖质四方面进行了定量分析,探讨了混凝土表面生物群落的基本架构,为后续生物膜对混凝土耐久性影响奠定了基础。
Through carrying out concrete drill core sampling of Tianjin harbor water level fluctuating parts,the paper analyzes major concrete surface biological membrane compositions,carries outs quantitative analysis from aspects of protein content,polysaccharide content,nucleic acid content and humus,and explores basis concrete structure surface microbial community frame,which has laid a foundation for studying the impaction of continuous biological membrane upon concrete durability.
