摘要
以某筒仓外挂钢螺旋楼梯工程为例,介绍了该楼梯的制作安装工艺流程,从放样下料、制作安装、焊接工艺、打磨喷涂四方面,阐述了螺旋楼梯的施工质量控制要点,指出外挂扇形螺旋钢梯结构轻巧、造型美观,应用前景广阔。
Taking a external sector spiral ladder engineering as an example,this paper introduced the production and installation process of this staircase,from the laying out,production and installation,welding,grinding spray four aspects,elaborated the construction quality control key points of spiral staircase,pointed out that the external sector spiral ladder had the advantages of light structure,beautiful shape,wide application prospect.
