压力对污泥中微生物种群结构特性的影响研究

On influence of pressure on the structural features of microbial population in sludge

摘要 为研究高压条件对微生物的影响,选取稳定运行的A2O工艺中的好氧段污泥与新鲜污水混合进行高压曝气处理污水,待处理效果及微生物达到稳定后,用高通量测序对微生物进行多样性与差异性分析,得到了高压条件对微生物多样性与差异性的影响。 In order to research the influence of the high-pressure on the microbial population,the paper selects the sludge at aerobic zones and fresh waste water mixture in A2O under the stable operation,undertakes the diversifying and differentiation analysis of the microbial population with the high-throughout sequencing after the treatment effect and the stability of the microbial population,and achieves the influence of the highpressure on the diversification and differentiation of the microbial population.
