The paper introduces the concept and characteristics of mountain villa. Taking the mountainous villas in Jiangxi as the analysis objects,the paper explores the application of the sponge urban construction technique in the flood-control design of the mountainous villas from the mountainous drainage water volume calculation,drainage collection,storage and utilities,so as to ensure the safety of the villas.
