基于建设工程合同管理的现状,分析了目前清单计价模式下合同管理存在的主要问题,从提高工程量清单编制质量、制定清单模式的合同示范文本、做好工程计价与竣工结算工作等方面,提出了完善清单计价模式下合同管理的若干对策。

Based on construction engineering contract management status,the article analyzes major problems existing in contract management under current bill of quantity mode,and puts forward various contract management countermeasures under improving BOQ mode situation from aspects of improving BOQ compilation quality,formulating BOQ contract model text,and controlling BOQ and completion settlement.
