结合工程实例,从招投标、分包队伍选择、管理制度、施工环境、创新管理等方面,阐述了总包建设项目施工过程控制管理措施,使工程项目在计划的工期内顺利完工。
Combining with engineering cases,the paper illustrates the controlling management in the construction process of the total contract projects from the bidding,selection for subcontract teams,management systems,construction environment,and innovative management,so as to ensure the accomplishment of the projects within the planned periods.
