老年代谢综合征患者血脂、体重指数及脉压与糖尿病发生风险的关系

The relationship between the blood lipid,body mass index,pulse pressure and the risk of diabetes in the elderly metabolic syndrome patients

目的:探讨老年代谢综合征患者血脂、体重指数及脉压与糖尿病发生风险的关系。方法:选取100例老年代谢综合征患者作为本次观察对象,其中50例合并糖尿病者为观察组,50例未合并糖尿病者为对照组,对比两组老年代谢综合征患者的糖化血红蛋白、血脂、脉压、体重指数、FPG、血糖的差异性,并分析其与糖尿病发生风险的关系。结果:观察组老年代谢综合征患者的脉压、血糖、血脂、体重指数等均与对照组存在较大区别(P<0.05),血脂、体重指数以及脉压均是老年代谢综合征患者并发糖尿病的危险因素。结论:血脂、体重指数以及脉压是老年代谢综合征患者合并糖尿病的危险因素,通过对老年代谢综合征患者实施血脂、体重指数以及脉压的检查,可以对患者并发糖尿病的风险进行预测。

Objective：To explore the relationship between the blood lipid,body mass index,pulse pressure and the risk of diabetes inthe elderly metabolic syndrome patients.Methods：Select 100 cases of elderly patients with the metabolic syndrome as the research object,in-cluding 50 cases suffering from diabetes mellitus as the experimental group,and 50 cases without diabetes mellitus as control group.We com-pared the differences of Glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,pulse pressure,body mass index,FPG,blood sugar in the two groups and ana-lyzed the relationship of those with diabetes risk.Results：There exists an experimental difference（P0.05） of pulse pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid,body mass index（bmi） between the experimental group and the control group;and blood lipid,body mass index（BMI） and pulse pres-sure is a risk factor for developing diabetes in elderly patients with the metabolic syndrome.Conclusion：Blood lipid,body mass index（BMI）and pulse pressure in elderly patients with the metabolic syndrome is a risk factor for developing diabetes mellitus;We can forecast the risk of di-abetes based on monitoring blood lipid,body mass index（bmi） and pulse pressure check in the aged patients with the metabolic syndrome.
