厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压的有效性及安全性

The efficacy and safety of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile primary hypertension

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压的有效性及安全性。方法:将我院门诊2013年6月至2015年1月收治的80例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,对照组采取厄贝沙坦单独治疗,对比观察两组患者高血压控制情况和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年原发性高血压病患者采用厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,可以更好地控制血压,减少不良反应,保证治疗的安全有效。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile primary hy-pertension.Methods：80 elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group fromJune 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital.The observation group was treated with irbesartan in combination with hydrogen ticlopidine hydro-chloride treatment,the control group was treated with irbesartan treatment alone were observed and compared two groups of patients with hyper-tension control and adverse reaction incidence.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In elderly patients with primary hypertension patients treated with irbesartan in combination with hydrogen ticlopi-dine hydrochloride treatment,can better control blood pressure,reduce the adverse reactions,ensure the safe and effective treatment.
